Doha Film Institute proudly presents Qumra 2025, an essential international gathering for filmmaking talent. Through our popular Qumra Pass, we invite local and regional creative communities to take part in an exciting programme of Master Classes and Screenings designed to foster meaningful dialogue and inspire the next generation of storytellers.
Qumra Master ClassesFive internationally renowned and multi-award-winning film experts will lead a series of in-depth Master Classes, sharing their creative insights and industry expertise with filmmakers, professionals, and audiences. These exclusive sessions provide invaluable guidance on the art and craft of cinema.
Qumra ScreeningsDiscover a selection of six remarkable feature-length films from the region and beyond—each supported by the Doha Film Institute. These films showcase bold storytelling and unique cinematic perspectives, offering audiences a chance to engage with compelling narratives from around the world.
There are multiple ways you can participate in Qumra this year, from the ever-popular Qumra Pass (Full in-person access to all Master Classes and Screenings), to our convenient Qumra Pass Online (Master Classes only via our virtual platform) or even just attending individual screenings in Doha.
